Terms and conditions
All transactions are carried out in accordance with the 'Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000' as applied in the United Kingdom.

General term

1. Goods remain the property of the vendor S and L Merchandise until payment is received in full and any funds cleared to our accounts.

Returns
In accordance with the distance selling regulations

1. Buyers will have 7 days 'cooling off' period during which they may return any item. HOWEVER THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO ITEMS MADE TO CUSTOMERS OWN PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS.
2. Returned items MUST be returned in original packaging after a 'returns reference' has been obtained from us.
3. No returns will be accepted without prior contact.
4. Returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
5. If in the case of faulty items, the original packaging is not available, goods should be adequately packed for transit.
6. Any goods damaged in return transit due to ineffective packaging on the part of the buyer, will not be accepted for refund.

Payment methods

1. Payment will only be accepted in the form we state either on ebay or on the item description within this website.
2. Payment methods are not negotiable.
3. All prices are listed in British pounds sterling.

Refunds

1. Refunds, for whatever reason, will be made in the same form in which the original purchase was made.
   

Delivery

1. We will only deliver goods by methods approved by us and no other.
2. All our goods will be packaged to ensure a safe journey to our customer.
3. All goods will be dispatched using an online traceable and trackable method to ensure security and prompt delivery.
4. In the event of any delivery being lost within the delivery system, by whichever service provider we have deemed appropriate, we will issue a refund in full, upon confirmation of non delivery by the service provider.
5. We may ask for your cooperation to expedite the matter, by providing us with any relevant details we may require. By purchasing from us you agree to assist in any way we request.

Privacy Policy

1. We will not disclose any information about you to another party without your express permission, other than that requested by any law enforcement agency, for the purpose of their duties.
2. No information will be kept about you in either paper or electronic form, other than that required to conclude your transaction with us.
3. NO CREDIT CARD, BANKING OR OTHER FINANCIAL DETAILS ARE HELD BY US AT ANY TIME.
4. We may keep your email address for future use, (eg newsletter mailings) this will be kept within a secure electronic database with no access from without our organisation.
5. If you do not wish us to use your email address in this manner please send an email with 'subject' "DELETE EMAIL".
   
6. All information will be handled in accordance with the 'Data Protection Act  1998'.
7. A request may be made by yourself for any information we may have, at any time, by applying in writing to the address given below, and making a Subject Access Request.
8. We may, (and reserve the right to) , make an administration charge for supplying this service.
